Jim Butler was born and raised in Waco Texas, where he attended Baylor University. He moved to Houston to attend Law School at South Texas College of Law. It was there that he met his wife Gail. Jim’s practice is devoted entirely to DWI Defense. “I took the advice of a lawyer who advised that you should pick one area of criminal law and become the best that you could be in that area. “I chose DWI defense because I loved the clients I represented, and I was winning their cases.”
